This internal mixer is made of imported all-alloy materials (no need for spraying or electroplating), ensuring that the internal mixer is strong and wear-resistant. It is suitable for stirring, dispersing and mixing ceramic powders and other formulations such as binders within a certain temperature. When the materials are in a mud-like state, they are discharged after a certain period of time and then proceed to the next process. 1. CFine's anti-leakage powder device adopts mechanical shaft seal tightening technology and uses self-lubricating seal rings to keep the seal rings in a compressed and sealed state during the mixing process. The self-lubricating seal rings can further reduce the wear of the mixing system and more effectively reduce the noise such as whistling caused by leakage and poor sealing. It can greatly improve the anti-leakage powder function, making cleaning, color change and disassembly simpler and more convenient, and reduce the pollution to the materials.

2. This machine adopts a through-type heating system, which heats faster and transfers temperature more evenly, and the heating efficiency is 50% higher than that of traditional heating plates. It adopts a PLC program control system.

3. The internal structure of the mixing chamber adopts a complex tube-belt design, which has good heat exchange and precise temperature control. The rotor is cooled by water, which effectively prevents sticky materials and controls the temperature precisely, making the materials dispersed more evenly.
