Metal Powder Mixer Machine

The parts of this internal mixer that come into contact with the materials (mixing chamber, side plates, pressure hammers, and stirring shafts) are made of all-alloy materials (no need for spraying or electroplating). It is suitable for stirring, dispersing and mixing metal powders, binders and other formulations within a certain temperature range. After the materials become a mud-like mass, they are discharged after a certain period of time and then proceed to the next process. (It is the best mixing equipment for small-batch production, sampling, laboratory and school teaching.)

Operating Principle:

In the internal space of the mixing chamber, the two rotors rotate relatively at a certain speed ratio. The materials coming from the feeding port are caught and brought into the gap between the rotors, where they are squeezed and sheared by the rotors. After passing through the gap, they hit the "W"-shaped sharp edge of the mixing chamber and are divided into two parts. These two parts then return to the upper part of the rotors along the gaps between the front and rear chamber walls and the rotors. Inside the closed mixing chamber, under certain pressure and temperature conditions, the materials undergo intense shearing and mixing, ensuring that the formula materials are fully dispersed and plasticized, thus achieving the best performance of the formula..
